Technical support

Discuss material selection, mixing ratios, application and site issues with the technical team to help resolve practical problems.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROCESS

From demand diagnosis to long-term protection

Technical support runs through the selection, sampling, construction and acceptance processes, so that material performance can actually be implemented on the ground.

Junaimei technicians and clients work together on industrial flooring coatings
On-site technical supportThe material parameters correspond to the actual construction conditions, from the template validation, the delivery of construction to the completion inspection.
STEP 01

Needs diagnosis and programme assessment

Service action:Technical engineers are aware of the target indicators of application scenes, construction humidity, substrate materials and fixation times, and yearning response, and textile structure.

Stage output:The initial material selection and formulation proposal is developed, specifying whether parameters such as viscosity, reaction speed, etc. need to be adjusted.

STEP 02

Formula debugging and sample validation

Service action:Samples are provided under the validation programme and are accompanied by laboratory test guidance.

Stage output:Guidance laboratory or small range substrate sample, validation of indicators such as touch-dry and hard-dry time, adhesion, flexability; • Continue to fine-tune and double-check the formula when the agreed requirements are not met.

STEP 03

Bottom of construction technology

Pollyaspartic polyurea is mostly a two-assembly reaction-formation system, with on-site hybrid construction having clear operational requirements. The manufacturer provides a paper-based bottom-up of the construction technology and harmonizes on-site standards.

  • substrate grinding, cleaning and water-bearing requirements
  • Special Primer packages and layers attached control
  • A/B Group ratio, mixing and complication times
  • Scratch, roll, brush or no gas spray
STEP 04

On-site construction guidance

Service action:Specialized technical engineers can be assigned to provide on-site guidance when priority engineering or construction teams first use customized materials.

Stage output:Oversight of first construction and sample segments to correct operational deviations in a timely manner; Large-scale construction is carried out after the construction team has mastered the process elements.

STEP 05

Receiving and inspection support and testing information

Service action:Upon completion of construction, assist the project in quality acceptance and inspection.

Stage output:This batch of products is certified, MSDS is provided, and third-party tests such as artificial climate ageing and environmental protection are provided in conjunction with project requirements.

STEP 06

After-sale tracking and long-acting protection

Service action:Establishment of project files and organization of quarterly or semi-annual technical return visits based on project conditions.

Stage output:In the event of local wear and tear or repair needs at a later stage, targeted repair programmes and supporting materials are provided to help the coating system maintain long-term stable protection.

Technical support is based on actual project conditionsOn-site guidance, test information and protection cycles will be specifically identified in conjunction with project size, construction location, material type and contractual engagement.
