This document covers the relevant product series. Confirm the exact model, substrate preparation, mixing ratio, dry film thickness, temperature, humidity, curing and test conditions. Typical series values are not guaranteed values for every application.

Check performance and service-life statements against the applicable reports, specimen preparation, test standards and service conditions. Unverified service-life figures are not durability guarantees; site photos do not replace film-thickness measurements or project acceptance records.

Website parameters follow page 1 of the roof waterproofing TDS: through-dry in 12 h and fully cured in 48 h at 25°C; temperature range -35°C to 60°C. Roof Waterproofing TDS, page 1

Features

  • aliphatic main chain structure resistant to UV degradation, outdoor tan, 10 annual colour protection > 90%, non-yellow, non-frying, non-fragmentation, no additional layer of protection, exterior scenes such as roofing, exterior walls, paint and steel tiles
  • elongation at break ultra-300%, capable of stretching and deforming along the grass roots, covering hair cracks; The three-dimensional network structure is self-rehabilitating, so that leakage can be eliminated from the root causes.
  • Scrutinised membrane, non-suture infestation, water stress tolerance up to 0.6 MPa, high-pressure water scenes such as reservoirs, basements, tunnels, closed water test 72 h zero leakage
  • Solids content ≥95%, low VOC, non-smelting, non-toxic, direct use in drinking water ponds, food processing zones, hospitals, schools, etc.
  • Oxygen, salt-spray resistance, industrial atmospheric corrosive resistance, grinding properties are 3~5 times epoxy resin, useful life 20~25 years, far beyond traditional polyurethane, asphalt rolls

Applications

Construction waterproofing, infrastructure waterproofing, industry flooring, new energy and special scenarios

Storage

This product is combustible and shall be kept at low temperatures and at a temperature of ≤40℃, which requires storage in a cool, dry and ventilated environment for a period of one year, far from the source of the fire.

Selection guide

(a) Waterproofing of the roof of the house should address both the substrate, cracks, daughter ' s walls, water landings and drainage slopes; Polyaspartic polyurea house coating and primer, nodal enhancement and design membrane thickness need to be matched to the surface conditions.

It's not just one-sided.

The waterproofness of the roof of the house depends on substrate treatment, nodal enhancement, drainage tissues and the coatings. Before choosing a polyaspartic polyurea coating, a distinction should be made between concrete, metal plates or old waterproof layers, and the compatibility of the pramer with the substrate should be confirmed, for example, by pulling or sample.
