Receipt and identification

Check suppliers, product types, batch numbers, production dates, net weight and accompanying documentation, and check packing seals, drums, leakage and transport injuries. Sampling should use clean drying tools to avoid different batches of cross-contamination.

The material test contains at least appearance, viscosity, solidity, colour or colour, density and agreed levels of amine equivalent weight, and maintains representative closed samples.

Management of storage conditions

Resin shall be stored under seal in a cool, dry, ventilated and remote environment from the source of the fire, for the specific temperature and shelf life of the supplier SDS, TDS and labels. Avoid long periods of sun, cold freezing and repeated cold and heat cycles.

The warehouse is pre-positioned and batched, and the opening material is marked for opening time, surplus and liability. The small packaging surplus shall be reduced to the top and shall be reliably sealed.

Common appearance abnormal.

(b) Heightening may be caused by temperature, volatilisation, oxidation, pollution or changes in storage periods; Dust and crystallization require a combination of temperature and composition determination; Obvious stratification, condensation, odor or colour mutation should be prioritized.

Do not heat up or exchange solvents for unknown abnormalities. Access to technical information and comparison with other packaging and laboratory data for retention, and contact suppliers as necessary.

Reaction abnormality check.

(a) Pot Life, in case of sudden reduction, to examine the temperature of the material, the mixed batch, the ratio, the catalytic pollution, the moisture and the batch of the material; Long-term non-drive checks for leakage, mismatches, mixing, low temperatures and excessive non-reactive dilution.

Bubble problems are checked simultaneously for substrate containing water, pigments containing water, mixing gas, thick membranes heating and solvent releases, avoiding simple attribution of all problems to resin.

Create a closed ring record.

Each batch is associated with the batch number of raw materials, production parameters, test results, sample retention and customer feedback. In the event of an anomaly, the four lines of timing, equipment, personnel and raw materials are traced and the reasons for completion are confirmed, corrected and prevented.

Stable quality control is not an additional test, but rather allows for mutual validation of procurement, warehousing, R & D, production and application data.
