Technical documents and conditions of use

See the technical documents below for specification sources and conditions. Verify the model and document version before application. Specification sources

A system application handbook is available; an individual TDS or SDS for this product has not been supplied. Use the handbook for system selection only. Confirm the specification, film thickness and acceptance criteria with the technical team for the exact model and service conditions.

Check performance and service-life statements against the applicable reports, specimen preparation, test standards and service conditions. Unverified service-life figures are not durability guarantees; site photos do not replace film-thickness measurements or project acceptance records.

Features

  • Fits hidden and semi-hidden scenes, such as basement floors, side walls, roofs, etc., to protect the basement from erosion in a dark and humid environment, taking into account long-lived water and structural protection
  • (b) Elongation at break ultra-300%, capable of stretching, deforming and covering concrete structures with cracks; Three-dimensional network structures are self-healing, removing leakage from basements from their sources, and adapting to basement structures for microformation and deposition needs
  • Non-suture membrane, non-suture infestation, water stress tolerance up to 0.6 MPa, high water pressure scenes in the basement, effective containment of groundwater infiltration, closed water test 72 h zero leakage, avoidance of structural damage resulting from groundwater erosion, retide of walls
  • Solids content ≥95%, low VOC, non-smuggling, non-toxic, non-hazardous gas releases during construction and use, which can be used directly in all types of building basements such as residential buildings, writing buildings, underground garages, human defense works, etc., suitable for underground closed spaces, etc.
  • Resistance is 3~5 of epoxy resin, with a useful life of 20~25, far beyond the traditional polyurethane, asphalt, resistant to long-term groundwater erosion and salin erosion in basements, reducing later maintenance costs

Applications

Waterproofing of various types of building basement floors, side walls, roofs, waterproofing of basements, underground pipes, tunnels, etc.

Storage

This product is combustible and shall be kept at low temperatures and at a temperature of ≤40℃, which requires storage in a cool, dry and ventilated environment for a period of one year, far from the source of the fire.

Selection guide

Basement waterproofing selection centers on concealed areas, groundwater ingress and minor structural movement. This product targets slabs, side walls, overhead slabs and associated underground facilities; compare impermeability, concrete adhesion and prolonged damp exposure rather than exposed-finish appearance.

Formulation notes

Basement areas differ in water-ingress conditions and application access. Define substrate condition, cracks and detail treatment before confirming the coating system. The material’s waterproofing parameters do not replace waterproofing design for the specific location.
