Features

  • Anti-violet degradation, outdoor tan, 10 annual protection rate > 90%, non-yellow, non-polluting, non-fragmentation, no additional protective layer, suitable for open, indoor, underground and other types of tank corrosion protection, especially for long-term outdoor exposure to, and protection from, tanks such as oil tanks, chemical response plates, fire tanks, etc.
  • Elongation at break exceeds 300%, accommodating thermal expansion, contraction and minor tank deformation while bridging fine cracks at welds, joints and surfaces. A dense three-dimensional network blocks moisture, oxygen and corrosive media to prevent rust, corrosion and leakage, accommodating deformation in steel and concrete tanks.
  • Non-suture membrane, impregnated, resistant to water pressure up to 0.6 MPa, resistant to pressure from the inside and external environment of the tank, closed water test 72 h zero leakage, effective barrier to external moisture, atmospheric pollutants and penetration of the inside of the tank, avoidance of tank damage, leakage of the medium, and safe operation of the tank
  • Solids content ≥95%, low VOC, non-sorture, non-toxic, non-hazardous gas releases during construction and use, directly for use in tanks such as potable water tanks, food-grade tanks, chemical storage tanks, storage of suitable drinking water, storage of food-grade media, etc.
  • Preserve corrosion of various industrial media (oil, acid solution, chemical reagents), grinding properties are 3~5 times the epoxy resin, service life 20~25, far beyond traditional tank corrosion protection coatings, which are resistant to long-term problems with medium flushing, atmospheric erosion, acid alkali corrosion, and reduced tank maintenance and refurbishment costs

Applications

Municipal storage tanks, oil and gas storage tanks, chemical reaction sheet, environmental protection project, welding of tanks, interface sealing of interfaces, industrial workshop tanks, feedstock storage tanks, finished storage tanks

Storage

This product is combustible and shall be kept at low temperatures and at a temperature of ≤40℃, which requires storage in a cool, dry and ventilated environment for a period of one year, far from the source of the fire.

Selection guide

Tank protection should distinguish exterior weather exposure from interior media contact, and steel from concrete tanks. The documentation covers storage tanks, reaction vessels, welds and joints; select around the medium and structural location, not salt-spray performance alone.

Formulation notes

Before confirming an internal tank system, identify the stored medium and contact conditions, then review the corresponding chemical-resistance data and substrate adhesion. Inspect welds, joints and coating continuity together; one material parameter cannot establish suitability for every storage condition.
