Specifications

Technical documents and conditions of use

See the technical documents below for specification sources and conditions. Verify the model and document version before application. Specification sources

See page 22 of the handbook for this model. This selection handbook is not an individual model TDS or SDS. Confirm the formal specification and safety documents with the technical team.

Check performance and service-life statements against the applicable reports, specimen preparation, test standards and service conditions. Unverified service-life figures are not durability guarantees; site photos do not replace film-thickness measurements or project acceptance records.

Selection guide

H12MDI is a diisocyanate raw material for elastomers, waterborne coatings, polyurethane dispersion systems and radiation-curable modified materials. Distinguish this raw-material role from other hardener grades used in coating systems; weather resistance alone is not a sufficient selection criterion.

Formulation notes

For polyurethane synthesis or acrylate modification, first define the reaction system and raw-material quality requirements, including purity, NCO content and hydrolyzable chlorine. This page does not provide a mixing ratio for direct on-site coating application.
