Specifications

Technical documents and conditions of use

See the technical documents below for specification sources and conditions. Verify the model and document version before application. Specification sources

See page 18 of the handbook for this model. This selection handbook is not an individual model TDS or SDS. Confirm the formal specification and safety documents with the technical team.

Check performance and service-life statements against the applicable reports, specimen preparation, test standards and service conditions. Unverified service-life figures are not durability guarantees; site photos do not replace film-thickness measurements or project acceptance records.

Features

  • Clearly prolongs the pot life, good elasticity, excellent luminousness, excellent solubility
  • HT-300 has a hardener component primarily used for high-resilient, high-resilient coating, which gives excellent mechanical performance and excellent luminant performance.
  • It's lysergic acid structure gives the HT-300 excellent hand-brokering performance (water system), good viscosity, low reaction activity.
  • Especially for water coatings, high solid coatings, polyaspartic paints and UV systems, etc.

Applications

Field of application: auto paint, industrial paint

Attention

Allow coatings formulated with this product to cure for one week before testing their properties.

Storage

This product is combustible and shall be kept at low temperatures and at a temperature of ≤40℃, which requires storage in a cool, dry and ventilated environment for a period of one year, far from the source of the fire.

Key notes

The above parameters are typical performance ranges, based on products TDS/SDS, batch testing reports and actual performance. Access to corresponding products TDS/SDS, samples and construction proposals.

Selection guide

HT300 is relevant to coating development balancing pot life, miscibility and gloss retention. Its documentation covers automotive and industrial finishes as well as waterborne, high-solids and UV systems. Consider its system behavior when sufficient mixing and application time is important.

Formulation notes

Hand-mixing behavior in waterborne systems and lower reactivity are highlighted for HT300. Mixing and curing still require separate validation in other systems. Retain the conditioning requirement stated on this page when testing performance; touch-dry status alone does not establish final properties.
